Recognizing non-standard fonts

Can ABBYY FineReader recognize text in non-standard and decorative fonts?

You can use the Recognition with Training feature of ABBYY FineReader Professional or Corporate Edition to recognize non-standard fonts. This feature lets you create custom patterns for recognizing unusual fonts.

To enable the Recognition with Training feature, open the tools menu, select the Options item, go to the Read tab and select the Read with training or Train user pattern option.

You can find out more about recognition with training in the Advanced Features > Recognition with Training section of ABBYY FineReader's help.
