The "Failed to deactivate the license" error appears at the attempt to deactivate the license


The following error message appears when an attempt is made to deactivate a license:

"Failed to deactivate <SN>: An unexpected error occurred on the license server."


This error message usually appears when automatic deactivations for a serial number have run out. You will need to contact the technical support service to resolve this issue.
