Contact are not saved to the device contact list


One of the following situations occurs:


The device privacy settings do not allow ABBYY Business Card Reader to access the contact list.

  1. Open your mobile device settings.
  2. Select the Privacy item.
  3. Open the Contacts item.
  4. The switch next to ABBYY Business Card Reader must be on.
