Error message "Internal program error: .\Src\LingvoProAutentification.cpp, 116." when starting the program

Description

The following error message is displayed when the program is started:

Internal program error:
.\Src\LingvoProAutentification.cpp, 116.
Error code: 0x5

.\Src\LingvoProAutentification.cpp may also be followed by 112 instead of 116

Solution

1) Open the command line interface by selecting Start>Run. If you do not see the Run item in the Start menu, simultaneously press the keyboard button with the Windows logo and the R button.

- In the command line, type

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA (if your computer runs Windows Vista, Windows 7)

or

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA (if your computer runs Windows XP)

and press Enter.

- In the folder that opens, find the folder named MachineKeys. Right-click the MachineKeys folder and select Properties from the shortcut menu. In the Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.

- In the list of groups and users, find the group named Everyone. Give Full Control permissions to this group.

2) Open the command line interface by selecting Start>Run. If you do not see the Run item in the Start menu, simultaneously press the keyboard button with the Windows logo and the R button.

- In the command line, type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys (if your computer runs Windows Vista, Windows 7)

or

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys (if your computer runs Windows XP)

and press Enter. In the folder that opens, find the file whose name starts with "3642e374".

- Right-click the file and select Properties from the shortcut menu. In the Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.

- In the list of groups and users, find the group named Everyone. Give Full Control permissions to this group.
