Error message “Access to C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\Lingvo\12.0\Licenses\Licensing.bin was denied” at the attempt to launch the application

Description

The program has installed but why does the message “Access to  C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\Lingvo\12.0\Licenses\Licensing.bin was denied” appear?

Reason

This message may appear if the user doesn’t have full control rights for the contents of the Licenses folder including Licensing.bin.

Solution

1. Open command line. To open command line go to menu Strart>Run or press button with Windows logo + button "R" simultaneously.
2. Input
C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\Lingvo\12.0
and press OK.
3. In the folder which opens find Licenses folder. Click on Licenses folder by right button of the mouse and in the window Properties->Security->Edit mark "Full control" in permissions for the user. Press Apply and OK.
