Contact are not saved to the device contact list
One of the following situations occurs:
- When trying to save a business card to the device contact list the Access is denied error message appears.
- No error messages appear when saving a business card, but the contact does not appear in the device contact list.
The device privacy settings do not allow ABBYY Business Card Reader to access the contact list.
- Open your mobile device settings.
- Select the Privacy item.
- Open the Contacts item.
- The switch next to ABBYY Business Card Reader must be on.
